This city break shows you Marrakech at its finest: lively, oriental and yet personal. You stay at Riad Dar Ikalimo, a small traditional guesthouse with just five rooms and a roof terrace in the heart of the medina. On two mornings your guide collects you from the riad. Together you visit the magnificent Bahia Palace, the Djemaa el-Fna square, the colourful souks and some of the city's most beautiful gardens. In a cookery course you learn the secrets of Moroccan cuisine and then enjoy the dishes you have prepared. The afternoons are yours to spend as you wish. Airport pick-up and return are included.

What is a riad?
A traditional Moroccan town house with a planted inner courtyard. Today many riads are lovingly run small guesthouses, quiet and right in the old town.
What language does the guide speak?
On both tours you are accompanied by a German- or English-speaking guide who collects you from the riad.
What extra costs are there locally?
The local tourist tax of currently around 2.50 euros per person per night is paid directly at the riad. Lunch and dinner are at your own choice.
