The Castellare di Tonda estate lies among 260 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and cypresses. Twelve old farmhouses have been lovingly restored here in the Tuscan tradition. Each has its own character and its own pool. You stay in a holiday apartment with a kitchen and garden seating area, some with panoramic views, some in the middle of the olive grove. During the day you cycle on 30 kilometres of paths across the estate, walk to the nearby lake or take a riding lesson. To relax, the spa awaits with sauna, hammam and a heated whirlpool overlooking the hills. In the evening you cook for yourself or enjoy Tuscan cuisine in the restaurant.
