Upon receipt of our booking confirmation/invoice (including insolvency insurance certificate in accordance with §§ 651r and 641t of the German Civil Code), a deposit of 20% of the tour price is due. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full tour price is payable immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice.

• You can choose to pay by invoice (bank transfer) or PayPal.
• If you prefer to pay by invoice, please contact us directly. We will then create the booking for you. Please transfer the deposit to the account details provided on your booking confirmation/invoice. Please make the remaining balance 30 days before your departure date. You will not receive a separate payment request.
• If you choose "PayPal" as your payment method, we will charge your payment method directly after successful online booking.
• It is not possible to change the payment method after booking has been made.
