Northern Italy Culture Tour –
Venice, Cinque Terre & Lake Garda
8-day road trip through Northern Italy
This tour combines the great cultural treasures of Northern Italy with the coast and the lakes. Travelling in your own car, you go at your own relaxed pace. From your hotel in Mestre you take the bus or train into the lagoon city of Venice, to St Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. On the way to the coast, Modena, the home of balsamic vinegar, is well worth a stop. From Sarzana you explore the colourful villages of the Cinque Terre by train. To finish, you spend three nights in Limone on Lake Garda, among lemon groves and lakeside promenades, with excursions to Malcesine or Riva. You stay at least two nights in each hotel, and parking is included.
