Dried hops, a Hallertau tradition

Hallertau Hop Experience – Right in the Middle

3 days of hops and beer in the world's largest hop-growing region

A large share of the hops that end up in beer around the world grows in the Hallertau. On this short break you go behind the scenes: at the German Hop Museum you learn how a climbing plant became "green gold". At the historic Schlossbräukeller in Au you enjoy Bavarian cuisine, and with a hop farmer you see how hops are grown and processed today, with a beer break in the farmyard, of course. A private guide accompanies you through the day. You stay in a friendly country hotel in the middle of the hop landscape.
